Delivery

Subject to your payment being authorised and barring system failure, and provided the items are in stock we will despatch all orders recieved up to 3pm the same day. Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery.

N.B. Delivery times do not include Bank Holidays.

Please note: in the event that you are unable to receive your delivery, our couriers may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location.

How to place an order

Orders are made by selecting the items you wish to purchase, and these are added to your online shopping basket. Once you are ready to pay for your order, click the Checkout button.

This will take you to a page showing the items in your basket. At this point you may enter the codes for any promotional vouchers or gift vouchers you may have. Once you are ready to continue, click the Place Order button.

From this point onwards, all information is transmitted securely. If you are a new customer, enter your email address and click the Go to Order Form button. If you have shopped with us before and have created a user account, enter your email address and password and click the Get My Information button.

On the next page, enter your details, cardholder address, delivery address and payment card details. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required and cannot be left blank. In addition, certain characters (such as '&', '$', '%') are considered invalid and you will receieve an error should you try to use these in any of the input boxes.

Once you have entered your details and you are happy they are correct, click the Confirm Details button. This will give you the opportunity to review your order details before placing your order by clicking Confirm Order.

Refer a Friend

Referring friends is easy. All you need to do is access your account and select "Refer a Friend" and follow the instructions on the page.

To refer a friend, all you have to do is share your link/code with a first time customer who lives at a different address to you and goes on to make a purchase of over £35

Referrals cannot be made for people who share the same address.

Referral codes/links posted on coupon or discount code sites do not count as referrals and may result in your referral code being changed, or you being banned from the scheme.

The Treads Refer a Friend scheme cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

The posting of codes or referral links on voucher code or discount code websites is prohibited, points may be refused if codes are found listed on such sites. In addition to this Posting codes or referral links on any existing Treads social media based promotional activity, or "piggybacking" on the success of offers/discounts could see the removal of points, or further action being taken.

Offer Codes for Discounts or Free Gifts

From time to time, Treads Shoes will release offer codes via email, our website or social media channels. The offer codes will allow either a discount or free gift to be applied to your order placed at www.treads-shoes.com, or with our customer services team on 0871 911 7028. To apply an offer code at www.treads-shoes.com, please enter it where specified during the check-out process. To apply an offer code via customer services, please quote the offer code at the start of your call. The discount or free gift will then be applied to your order.

If you fail to apply a discount offer code on our website, or do not mention it during your telephone order, unfortunately we will not be able to honour the discount.

If you fail to apply a free gift offer code on our website, or do not mention it during your telephone order, we can only honour the free gift if you contact us before your order has been packed and dispatched. If your order has already been packed and dispatched then, unfortunately, we will be unable to honour the offer. When you have entered the offer code, in the specific field at checkout, please check to se that the offer had been applied correctly before proceeding.

All our offer codes are valid for a limited period of time, as specified in the relevant email, on our website or social media communication. They cannot be used outside of that time period. Where a qualifying spend is noted in relation to use of an offer code, if an item (or items) purchased using that offer code are later returned to us - bringing the amount spent below the qualifying level - the offer value may be deducted from any refund.

All orders are subject to acceptance and any improper use of offer codes may result in the cancellation of your order. Only one offer code per order. All orders are subject to availability.

Treads Shoes reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.

Specific offer terms and conditions are provided with each offer code - for specific information relevant to that Offer Code, please refer to the email, our website or social media communication on which it is featured.

Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will email you to inform you of this. If the goods you order are not available, we may supply you with subsitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will be able to return them to us at no cost to yourself.
