Returns & Exchanges Policy

To return your item(s) please read the instructions below, before printing and filling out the returns slip

Please use the pre-paid returns label included with your order, then please follow the instructions on the label and take your return to your nearest CollectPlus store.

If a pre-paid returns label was not included with your order then we recommend visiting CollectPlus to print off a label.

If you do not wish to use CollectPlus to return your parcel then please contact our customer service department to be sent a Royal Mail pre-paid label.

Complete the returns form and include it with your return, ensuring that you obtain a CollectPlus receipt or certificate of posting. We regret that without this we cannot accept any claims for lost or damaged returns.

Calls cost 13p per minute plus your phone company's access charge. Lines open Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.

Overseas Returns

Please note - We are unable to offer free returns on overseas orders. We are happy for any overseas order to be returned but we do ask that whoever is returning the order cover the cost of the return postage to our warehouse and please retain proof or postage.

30 Day satisfaction guarantee & returns policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our shoes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then return the item to us within 30 days of date of purchase, worn or unworn, and we will refund you, no questions asked. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund or exchange.

12 Month indestructible guarantee

The guarantee is limited to one replacement pair of the same size and style up to 12 months from date of purchase. In the event the style is no longer available, a style of equal or greater value will be substituted.

Guarantee only covers damage to the PU outsole of the shoe, the leather upper, straps and eyelets. Damage to the in-sock or laces are not covered.

The guarantee is applicable if the sole has split or is removed from the upper. The outsole is worn through into the midsole, stitching has failed resulting in a split or torn seam. The leather upper is cracked or damaged forming a hole. A strap has detached or split leaving it non functional. Eyelets are detached from upper.

Guarantee is void if the shoe has in our reasonable opinion been abused or mishandled e.g. excessive water saturation beyond what is reasonably expected of schoolwear, damage through sharp objects, excessive dragging or use as brakes on bikes, skateboards or scooters.
